Asticus buys in London

ASTICUS BUYS IN LONDON Asticus has bought an office building of about 5.400 sq.m. at 20 Soho Square in London's West End from GUD at a price of about GBP 21 million. This is the first acquisition by Asticus since their take over by the German real estate group IVG earlier this year. Asticus has great confidence in the Soho market. It is therefore Asticus' intention to undertake a major reconstruction of 20 Soho Square after expiry of the present leases in February, 2001, in order to provide high quality Grade A accommodation. At present the property is fully let.
