PROPOSED NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ASTICUS Lagrummet December nr 549 AB, in process of changing its name to IVG European Property AB, which is the owner of shares representing 95,5% of the total of issued shares and votes in Asticus, have given notice of their intention to vote for the following resolutions at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 May, 1999. To retain the number of members of the Board of Directors at seven (7).
