AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) today announced that Aradhana Sarin, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent director of Anheuser-Busch InBev with effect from 26 April 2023, for a period of four years.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 R (2).
