AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that, on 29 December 2022, it was notified by Pascal Soriot, Chief Executive Officer, that, on 23 December 2022, Mr Soriot ceased to be beneficially interested in 163,838 Ordinary Shares of $0.25 each in the Company, following the gift of those shares to family members for nil consideration.
