AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that, on 10 June 2024, it was notified by Pascal Soriot, Chief Executive Officer, that, on 10 June 2024, Mr Soriot ceased to be beneficially interested in 297,418 Ordinary Shares of $0.25 each in the Company, following the gift of those shares to family members for nil consideration.
