On 1 August 2014, Bruce Burlington, a Director of the Company notified us that, on 1 August 2014, he purchased 500 AstraZeneca American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price of $72.71 per ADS.

One AstraZeneca ADS equals one AstraZeneca PLC Ordinary Share of $0.25.
