“The Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award recognizes authors, illustrators, and promoters of reading whose work meets the highest standards of excellence. Through them, it has shown the world how good literature can be. I look forward to sharing in the moment when the world finds out who the 2015 laureate or laureates will be.”
