ATLAS COPCO: RSC ANNOUNCES SMALL STRATEGICALLY COMPLEMENTARY ACQUISITIONS

RSC announces small strategically complementary acquisitions December 2, 1999S&L Rental Sales and Service LLC; Sully's Tool Rental, Inc.; Mississippi Valley Contractors Equipment, Inc.; Limestone Rental & Sales, Inc.; and Sarge's A-1 Rental, Inc. These six acquired companies operated a combined nine locations in Kansas (2), Ohio (3), Oklahoma (1) and Wisconsin (3), and had total combined trailing twelve months revenues of approximately SEK 40 m.
