Atlas Copco acquires French compressor distributor

Stockholm, Sweden, April 4, 2016: Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, has acquired Air et Fluides Lyonnais, a French distributor and service provider of industrial air compressors and ancillary systems. 

Air et Fluides Lyonnais is based in Decines, near Lyon, France. The company is an authorized Atlas Copco compressor distributor that sells and services air compressors and air treatment systems. It has six employees.

This acquisition strengthens our access in the important Lyon region,” said Nico Delvaux, President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.  “Together with the experienced staff at Air et Fluides Lyonnais we will continue to provide customers with outstanding products and service.” 

The acquired business becomes part of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
