Atlas Copco completes acquisition of leading US manufacturer of mobile vacuum pumps and packages

Nacka, Sweden, 4 July 2022: Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of National Vacuum Equipment Inc. The company is a leading local US manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for mobile use on tanker trucks.

National Vacuum Equipment Inc. is headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, USA and has around 100 employees. The company has annual revenue of approximately MUSD 26 (MSEK 223).

The purchase price is not disclosed.

The company becomes part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within the Vacuum Technique business area.
