Atlas Copco completes the acquisition of Italian manufacturer of industrial cooling equipment

Stockholm, Sweden, July 2, 2019: Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of Eurochiller S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer and distributor of industrial cooling equipment and related products. The acquisition was announced May 24, 2019.

Eurochiller is based in Mortara, Italy and has approximately 90 employees. In 2018 the company had revenues of approximately MEUR 26 (MSEK 267).

The company manufactures and services industrial cooling and heat treatment products as well as related systems used in industrial manufacturing processes.

The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco’s market capitalization and is not disclosed. 

The company will become part of the Oil-free Air division within the Compressor Technique business area.
