Atlas Copco has acquired a French distributor of compressors and related services

Stockholm, Sweden, May 27, 2019: Atlas Copco has acquired Air Compresseur service (ACS), a French company specialized in distribution of compressors and air solutions as well as related services.

ACS is based in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône in the north-west of Paris, France.

The company has around 10 employees and was founded in 1995.

ACS serves all types of industries.

“The acquisition will give us opportunities to increase our presence and grow in the north-west of Paris which is a very important industrial area”, said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique.

The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco’s market capitalization and is not disclosed.

The company will become part of the Service division within the Compressor Technique business area.
