Atlas Copco has acquired a German compressor distributor with a strong focus on service

Stockholm, Sweden, May 3, 2019: Atlas Copco has acquired Bold & Cichos GbR. Besides offering compressors and service the company has specialist knowledge in engineering of air package container solutions.

Bold & Cichos Lackier- & Lufttechnik is located in Waldfischbach-Burgalben in the south-west of Germany.

The company has around 15 employees.

“We see possibilities to increase our coverage in the region and our knowledge in designing and manufacturing air package container solutions”, said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique.

The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco’s market capitalization and is not disclosed.
