Björn Rosengren to leave Atlas Copco

Stockholm, Sweden, February 10, 2011: Björn Rosengren, Senior Executive Vice President of Atlas Copco AB and President of the business area Construction and Mining Technique will as of September 1 leave Atlas Copco for a position as President and CEO of Wärtsilä Corporation, Finland.

Björn Rosengren has held several management positions in Atlas Copco since he joined the Group in 1998. In 2002 he was appointed to his current position. Björn Rosengren is based in China and will continue to be based there during his remaining time with Atlas Copco.
