Marianne Hamilton leaves Atlas Copco

Stockholm, Sweden, May 7, 2007: Marianne Hamilton, Senior Vice President Organizational Development and Management Resources, has decided to leave Atlas Copco as of July 31, 2007. The search for her successor is in progress.

Marianne Hamilton, born 1947, was hired by Atlas Copco in 1990 as Vice President Organizational Development for the Atlas Copco Industrial Technique business area. In 1991, she was appointed Senior Vice President Organizational Development and Management Resources for the Atlas Copco Group, and became a member of Group Management. Her task has been to develop and lead the people management processes within the Group.
