Medical gas service provider in the UK has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, January 10, 2025: Medi-teknique Ltd. (“Medi-teknique”), a British company that provides medical gas maintenance and service, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Medi-teknique, a company providing planned preventative maintenance contracts, servicing of medical gas pipeline systems and installation of associated replacement equipment, has become part of Atlas Copco Group. Located in the Northwest of England Medi-teknique has 13 employees.

“This acquisition will expand our regional coverage and grow our aftermarket and installation presence, which means we can provide even better service to our customers”, said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.

The purchase price is not disclosed. During 2023 Medi-teknique had revenues of approximately 3.2 MGBP (42,2 MSEK*).

The business will become part of the Medical Gas Solutions division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
