Stockholm, Sweden, October 6, 2006: Today, Atlas Copco holds a combined press and investor meeting/conference call, following the announcement about sale of the majority stake in the equipment rental business.

Both Gunnar Brock, President and CEO and Hans Ola Meyer, CFO, will participate in the conference, which begins at 13.00 CEST at Hotel Scandic Anglais, Humlegårdsgatan 23, in Stockholm.
