Vacuum distributor in Mexico has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, May 7, 2024: The acquisition of the vacuum related assets and the brand of Mexican Montajes Electromecánicos e Ingeniería, S.A. de C.V. (“MEISA”) has been completed and is now a part of Atlas Copco Group.

MEISA provides vacuum pumps and related services to industrial customers in Mexico, the company was founded in 1985 and is located in Queretaro and Monterrey, Mexico. 52 employees joined Atlas Copco Group as part of this acquisition.

The purchase price is not disclosed.

The acquired business has become part of the Vacuum Technique Service Division within the Vacuum Technique business area.
