Stockholm, Sweden, September 9, 2015: Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, has acquired Air Repair Sales and Services Limited, which distributes, services and rents out compressors and accessories.Air Repair Sales and Services is based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, and has12 employees. The company, which was privately owned, is an authorized Atlas Copco distributor that sells and services industrial air compressors and air treatment systems. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
