A GOOD RECEPTION TO ATLE'S OPTION OFFERING 30 senior Atle group executives accepted the offering of synthetic options, subscribing for between 8.000 and 63.400 options each. A further 170.600 options were set aside as a reserve, securing the rights for subsequent sales to new recruits, subject to a market premium. The Board resolved an exercise price of SEK 162, a price per option of SEK 11,60 , with their term until 15 July 2003 inclusive. Atle's average share price during the measurement period, which was coincident with the application period, was SEK 134,65. The options were valued by financial institution Handelsbanken Investment Banking; the Board considers that this valuation was effected on sound business terms.
