Atle-spreading of ownership in Digital Vision now accomplished

NEWS RELEASE Spreading of ownership in Digital Vision now accomplished Offer four times oversubscribed Atle Informationsteknologi makes visible a surplus value of SEK 120M Exit profit SEK 40M In 1995, Atle Informationsteknologi acquired 35 per cent of Digital Vision and has since increased its ownership to 54.9 per cent of the shares. During its time in Atle Informationsteknologi, Digital Vision has increased its sales from SEK 50M to SEK 145M in 1998. During the same period, profit has risen from SEK 6.6M to SEK 22M. During the period in Atle Informationsteknologi, considerable resources have been spent on developing the company's high-technology products, on gradually building up the company's export markets and on establishing an organisation that is adapted to the demands that a stockmarket listing involves. Spreading of ownership in Digital Vision AB has now been accomplished. Of Atle's ownership of 2,440,670 shares, 600,000 shares have been divested at the fixed selling price of SEK 68 per share. In addition there is an overallocation option, with regard to Atle's participation, of 150,000 shares. On exercising this overallocation option in full, Atle retains an ownership in Digital Vision of 31.6 per cent. Atle now makes visible a surplus value totalling SEK 120M, of which SEK 40M is realised on full exercising of the overallocation option and SEK 80M constitutes an unrealised surplus value based on the selling price. Among those that have been allocated shares are approximately 50 institutions. Total number of shareholders will initially amount to around 1,600.
