Atle subscribes to Hilding Anders issue Atle AB has underwritten SEK 130 m of a new issue in Hilding Anders AB, coincident with Hilding Anders' acquisition of bed manufacturer the Slumberland Group (see press release from Hilding Anders AB). After the new issue, Atle's ownership holding in Hilding Anders is 33%. Other Hilding Anders AB shareholders are providing SEK 320 m of the new issue, totalling SEK 450 m.
