Today's Annual General Meeting re-appointed the existing Board with C.W. Ros as Chairman. A dividend payment of SEK 6 per share was approved. The AGM approved the Board's proposal to authorise the Board to buy back a maximum of 10 per cent of the company's shares. In his address to the AGM, Atle's Chief Executive announced that a number of analysts assess that Atle's net asset value lies at around SEK 200 per share; any value representing Atle's ability/opportunities to continue generating high returns is additional. Given the uncertainty that is a constant feature of unlisted company valuations, the management's view is also that a figure of around SEK 200 per share accurately reflects the company's NAV. The Chief Executive also reiterated Atle's growth target of becoming 2-3 times its current size within a five-year period, i.e. invested capital expanding from SEK 5 bn to SEK 10 - 15 bn.
