APPOINTMENTS IN ATRIA'S ADMINISTRATION

Atria Group plc's Supervisory Board has appointed Matti Tikkakoski as member of
the Board of Directors in place of Seppo Paatelainen. This membership will be
changed because Seppo Paatelainen has retired from the post of chief executive
officer.

Atria Group plc's Board of Directors now has the following membership: chairman
Martti Selin, vice-chairman Timo Komulainen, members Tuomo Heikkilä, Runar
Lillandt, Erkki Roivas, Matti Tikkakoski, and Ilkka Yliluoma.

Ahti-Pekka Vornanen, chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Martti Selin,
chairman of the Board of Directors, were reappointed.
