CHISTER ÅBERG APPOINTED AS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF LITHELLS AB

Christer Åberg (39) has been appointed as Managing Director of Lithells AB
starting April 1, 2006. Lithells AB is the Swedish subsidiary of Atria Group plc.
For the last 15 years Åberg has worked at Unilever in the Nordic countries, the
Middle East and in Europe. Most recently he has served as the managing director
of Unilever Home & Personal Care Nordic, being responsible for Sweden, Finland
and Denmark.

Lithells AB, the Swedish subsidiary company of Atria Group plc, produces and
markets refined meat products and meal solutions. Lithells Group has about
1200 employees and the annual turnover was 310 Million euros in the year 2004.
Atria became the owner of Lithells AB in the year 1997.
