ATRIA GROUP PLC ANNOUNCES PENSION TERMS FOR THE COMPANY PRESIDENT 

The president of Atria Group plc Mr. Seppo Paatelainen has been the president of 
former Itikka Lihabotnia Oy since the year 1988 and more recently as the 
president of Atria Oy, which was established year 1991 (presently Atria Group 
plc).

The pension terms for Seppo Paatelainen include a normal pension once he reaches 
the age of 62. Seppo Paatelainen shall reach retirement age in February 2006.
