ATRIA GROUP PLC'S SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE TRADE     
REGISTER                                                                        

The share capital increase related to the institutional offering published by   
Atria Group Plc on 18 May 2007 and on 31 May 2007 has been registered with the  
trade register today, 5 June 2007. Following the institutional offering the     
share capital was increased by EUR 6,141,824.60 and the number of shares by     
3,612,838 new series A shares.
