ATRIA INCORPORATES ITS FUNCTIONS

Atria Group pls's Board of Directors has decided to incorporate its functions in 
Nurmo. Four companies will be formed from these functions: Atria-Chick Oy 
(poultry product manufacture), Atria-Lihavalmiste Oy (meat product manufacture), 
Atria-Tuoreliha Oy (packed and cut meat production) and Atria-Valmisruoka Oy 
(convenience food manufacture).

Atria Oy, which is responsible for domestic business functions, will own 100% of 
the shares outstanding in the companies that will be established. The 
incorporation will not result in changes in Atria's organisation or have an 
effect on the position of employees. Personnel will transfer into the employ of 
the new companies under their current terms of employment.

The arrangements aim to streamline and improve the ease of monitoring these 
functions and hone their productivity management. In addition, they aim to 
clarify the division of responsibilities to match the new operating model and 
ensure the development of expertise.
