ATRIA OYJ BUSINESS NAME CHANGE TO TRADE REGISTER

The decision of the General Meeting of Atria Oyj on 7th May 2003 on the 
change of its business name has been entered into the trade register on the 
23rd of May 2003. The new business name of the company is Atria Group plc.
