Atria Plc announces appointments to the Board of Directors
In its constitutive meeting following the Annual General Meeting, Atria Plc's Board of Directors re-elected both Seppo Paavola as Chairman and Timo Komulainen as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Atria Plc's Board of Directors now has the following composition: Chairman of the Board: Seppo Paavola; Deputy Chairman: Timo Komulainen; members: Esa Kaarto, Kjell-Göran Paxal, Maisa Romanainen, Harri Sivula and Jyrki Rantsi.
