AUDRIUS SKUCAS APPOINTED AS GENERAL DIRECTOR OF UAB VILNIAUS MESA

Audrius Skucas, Doctor of Veterinary Science, MBA (32), will be the General
Director of UAB Vilniaus Mesa, a Lithuanian subsidiary of Atria Group plc. Since
1999, Mr Skucas has served as the Managing Director of the Lithuanian subsidiary
of the Zurich Insurance Company, after which he took up the position of Marketing
Director in UAB Vilniaus Mesa in spring 2004.

Arnoldas Vysniauskas, the previous General Director and former principal owner of
the company, will assume a new position outside the company. The arrangements
have been carried out in mutual agreement.

UAB Vilniaus Mesa is a subsidiary of Atria Group plc, based in Vilnius,
Lithuania. The company has been a member of the Atria Group since July 2003. The
company focuses on the manufacture of cookery products and cold cuts. In the
Lithuanian market, the company holds a market share of 10% in the product groups
it represents. UAB Vilniaus Mesa exports approximately 20% of its production to
Latvia and Estonia.

A new plant of UAB Vilniaus Mesa, which cost EUR 5 million, was officially opened
for use in September 2004.
