CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN ATRIA GROUP PLC

As from 1 July 2004, Atria Group plc will provide information on its compliance 
with the Corporate Governance Recommendation for listed companies. From that 
date on, the company reports on deviations from the Recommendation. This 
information is available on the Internet site www.atria.fi.
