ELECTION OF THE BOARD MEMBERS AND THE CHAIRMEN OF ATRIA GROUP PLC


The organization meeting of the Supervisory Board of Atria Group plc, held after
the Annual General Meeting, has appointed Leena Saarinen in place of Erkki
Roivas, whose turn was to withdraw from the membership of Atria Group plc's Board
of Directors. The other members, whose turn was to withdraw, Tuomo Heikkilä and
Ilkka Yliluoma, were re-elected.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board Ahti-Pekka Vornanen and the Chairman of the
Board of Directors Martti Selin were re-elected.

The Board of Directors of Atria Group plc is as follows: the Chairman of the
Board of Directors is Martti Selin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
is Timo Komulainen, and the Board members are Tuomo Heikkilä, Runar Lillandt,
Leena Saarinen, Matti Tikkakoski and Ilkka Yliluoma.
