MANAGING DIRECTOR OF LITHELLS AB TO PURSUE OTHER INTERESTS

The current Managing Director of Atria Group plc's Swedish subsidiary Lithells
AB, Matti Karppinen, will be the new Managing Director of Lännen Tehtaat plc.
Karppinen's contract with Lithells ends at end of August 2005.
