In the rights issue of Atria Yhtymä Oyj the 5 273 182
new A shares subscribed on the basis of primary and
secondary subscription right will be traded on the
Helsinki Exchanges´ Main List as old shares as of 23
December 2003.

The last trading day of the new shares (ATRAVN0103)
will be 22 December 2003.
