NEW GENERAL MANAGER FOR ATRIA RUSSIA (OOO PIT-PRODUCT)

Mr Juha Ruohola, MSc (Agr. & For.), eMBA, has been appointed General Manager of
OOO Pit-Product as of 1 November 2006. He will continue as Group Vice President
(Baltic and Russian operations) and as a member of Atria Group's Executive Team.

Mr Gennady Emelianov will remain General Manager for Pit-Product until 31 October
2006. He will assume a position as a member of the Board of Directors of Pit-
Product and serve as Pit-Product's and Atria's advisor in Russia.

Atria acquired the ownership of Pit-Product in October of last year. Mr Emelianov
has made significant achievements as the founder of Pit-Product and in developing
the business further. He also has successfully managed the integration of Pit-
Product to Atria. Pit-Product will continue to focus on strenghtening its
position and planning to make significant steps more widely in Russia. As General
Manager, Mr Ruohola will assume responsibility for the next phase.

Pit-Product is the market leader in meat product category in the St. Petersburg
region. The company has approximately 1,500 employees and its sales for the
current year is estimated at EUR 75 million.
