SEIJA PIETILÄ NEW GROUP VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN ATRIA GROUP

Seija Pietilä has been appointed as the Group Vice President of Human Resources
in the Atria Group, effective from 11 December 2006. She has previously worked in
Human Resources management for the Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation's European
operations. Her new duties include human resources management coordination,
personnel development and consistent human resources management practices at all
Atria premises in Finland, Sweden, the Baltic countries and Russia.

Seija Pietilä will be a member of the Atria Group Management Group and will
report to the President and CEO Matti Tikkakoski.
