THE BIGGEST SHAREHOLDERS HAVE SOLD PART OF THEIR SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS 

Two (2) biggest Atria Group plc shareholders, Lihakunta and Itikka osuuskunta, 
have informed the company that they have sold part of their subscription rights 
to institutional investors at the price of EUR 1.26 per subscription right on 
Friday, 21 November 2003. 

Lihakunta has sold 2,183,240 subscription rights corresponding to 727,746 new A 
shares of the company and Itikka osuuskunta 2,116,760 subscription rights 
corresponding to 705,586 new A shares of the company.

In addition, the current shareholders have informed that after the above 
mentioned sale they shall sell altogether not more than 500,000 subscription 
rights in the direct sale of subscription rights taken place in the places of 
subscription.
