THE NOMINATION OF THE SUCCESSOR FOR MR PAATELAINEN WILL BE HANDLED TODAY AT ATRIA

CEO of Atria Group plc, Seppo Paatelainen will retire as he reached the agreed
retirement age of 62 years next February. Atria Group plc's Supervisory Board
convenes today to handle the nomination of the successor for Mr Paatelainen.
Release of the possible nomination will be published today around 3.00 pm.
