Moody’s confirms Atrium Ljungberg’s Baa2 rating with negative outlook
In April 2023, Moody’s confirmed Atrium Ljungberg’s rating at Baa2 but changed the outlook from stable to negative. Moody’s has now once again confirmed an unchanged rating, i.e., Baa2 with a negative outlook.
The rating reflects the high quality of the property- and project portfolio, a wide customer base, a stable balance sheet, and a good financial position. Atrium Ljungberg strives for well diversified financing in terms of both funding sources and maturities, and therefore the rating is of significant importance.
