Record date for share split in Atrium Ljungberg

At the Annual General Meeting in Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ) (“Atrium Ljungberg” or the “Company”) held on 20 March 2025, a share split was resolved upon, whereby each share, regardless of series, is divided into five shares (share split). Further, the Annual General Meeting resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on the record date for the share split. The Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg has today resolved that the record date for the share split shall be 10 April 2025.

Share split

At the Annual General Meeting in Atrium Ljungberg held on 20 March 2025, a share split was resolved upon, whereby each share, regardless of series, is divided into five shares. Further, it was resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on the record date for the share split. The Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg has today resolved that the record date for the split shall be 10 April 2025.

The share split will be automatically implemented via Euroclear Sweden AB and no actions are required by the shareholders.

As a consequence of the share split, the ISIN Code for the Atrium Ljungberg shares will be changed. As from 9 April 2025, the Class A shares will be traded with the new ISIN Code SE0024320824 and the Class B shares will be traded with the new ISIN Code SE0024320832.

The share split means that the total number of shares in the Company increases to 666,103,680, of which 20,000,000 Class A shares and 646,103,680 Class B shares, each with a quota value of SEK 0.5.


Time table for the share split

  • The last trading date in Atrium Ljungberg’s shares before the share split shall be Tuesday 8 April 2025.
  • The first trading date in Atrium Ljungberg’s shares after the share split shall be Wednesday 9 April 2025, which means that the share price as from this date will reflect the effects of the share split.
  • The record date for the share split shall be Thursday 10 April 2025.
