Year-End Report 2024
During the past year, we delivered strong net letting and are continuing to start new construction projects – clear evidence of strength in the current market. This symbolizes our long-termism and unique urban development strategy and is proof of our ability to navigate during challenging times, says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.
- Rental income amounted to SEK 2,988 million (SEK 2,821 m) – of which a comparable portfolio increased by 3.9% (9.9%).
- Net operating income amounted to SEK 2,150 million (SEK 2,016 m) – of which a comparable portfolio increased by 4.3% (14.4%).
- Net sales for project and construction work amounted to SEK 528 million (SEK 412 m,) while gross profit totalled SEK 1 million (SEK 2 m).
- Income from property management amounted to SEK 1,425 million (SEK 1,365 m), corresponding to SEK 11.30 per share (SEK 10.82 per share).
- Unrealised changes in the value of properties totalled to SEK -272 million (SEK 1,658 m). Unrealised changes in the value of derivates amounted to SEK -194 million (SEK -907 m) related to lower market interest rates.
- Profit for the year amounted to SEK 850 million (SEK -954 m), corresponding to SEK 6.74 per share (SEK -7.56/share).
- Net lettings for the year amounted to SEK 109 million (SEK 53 m) of which the company terminated SEK -27 million (SEK -15 m) to pave the way for future projects.
- Investment for the year amounted to SEK 2,692 million (SEK 2,155 m) of which SEK 411 million (SEK 4 m) was for acquisitions. Property sales amounted to SEK 2,148 million (SEK 1,826 m).
- The Board of Directors proposed a dividend of SEK 3.60 per share (SEK 3.50 per share), to be distributed on two occasions, corresponding to a dividend share of the income of property management of 32% (32%).
