ATS Euromaster’s strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards in customer service and business management has been rewarded with the renewal of an internationally renowned accreditation following a rigorous independent audit.

The tyre supplier was successful in keeping its ISO 9001: 2008 certificate, a global benchmark for quality used by businesses in all sectors to guarantee products or services consistently meet clients’ requirements and ensure continuous improvement.

Maintaining the status is crucial to ATS Euromaster, as many of the largest public sector and private sector fleets view ISO 9001: 2008 as an essential status for suppliers to hold.

Peter Fairlie, ATS Euromaster’s Group Sales Director, says: “Maintaining ISO 9001: 2008 status is a tremendous achievement and is testament to the outstanding levels of customer care provided by all members of our team.

“We are an incredibly proactive company and whether it’s updating our health and safety procedures or implementing new management systems we will consistently strive to not only set but better our high standards. This is why we’ve not only maintained this important status, but we were also the first national tyre supplier to be awarded Gold at the prestigious 2014 RoSPA safety awards.”

ATS Euromaster was also the first in its sector to be endorsed by both SAFEContractor and the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS) – accreditations it continues to hold.

Before being awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 status ATS Euromaster held the ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation. The company proudly displays the status across its network of approximately 345 service centres.
