ATS Euromaster is reminding van and truck fleets that if they suffer a tyre related breakdown during the festive period, its team of expert roadside rapid response technicians will be on hand to get them back on the road – even on Christmas Day.

The nationwide tyre and fast-fit specialist prides itself on being easy to do business with and understands not all customers will be closed over Christmas. As such, ATS Euromaster’s roadside rapid response team will be on hand 24/7 should a tyre emergency strike.

Customers requiring roadside assistance can contact ATS Euromaster’s customer response team in Birmingham on 0800 505 505. Drivers can be assured their calls will be dealt with promptly, even on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day – just as they are year-round.

Peter Fairlie, ATS Euromaster’s Group Sales Director, says: “We support a significant number of blue light fleets, utilities companies, ground fleet service operators at airports and national hauliers, which will be operating throughout the Christmas break.

“A tyre emergency can strike at any time and whilst it’s almost impossible to predict when it will happen, we are ready to get customers back on the road as quickly as possible, regardless of whether it’s in the early hours of Christmas morning or approaching midnight on New Year’s Eve.”

Fleets don’t even need to have an account to take advantage of ATS Euromaster’s roadside rapid response service. Since 2011 the company, which responds to more than 27,000 calls per month, has extended its service to non-account customers on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Tyre breakdowns can seriously impact upon a company’s bottom line and reputation if urgent deliveries are delayed – and for blue light fleets it can be a matter of life or death. That’s why ATS Euromaster continually strives to keep its average breakdown response times to an absolute minimum. Year to date, the company has averaged just 66 minutes from receipt of a customer’s initial call, to arrival at roadside.
