Attana expands global business development team

Attana has signed an engagement agreement with Samir Fostock of Vicama AB as Senior Advisor-Business Development. Samir co-founded Attana and was the company’s first Business Development Director. Mr. Fostock has since lived in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where he has assisted companies such as EF-Education First and Northrop Grumman with regional business development, as well as served on the board of the Saudi-Swedish Joint Business Council (SSJBC).

Based in Dubai, Mr. Fostock will support Attana’s global sales efforts with a focus on COVID diagnostic applications in the Middle East, India and North Africa. In this capacity he will also assist HVD Life Sciences and their local partners in the region.

”I am excited to welcome Samir back to Attana in this advisory role. As co-founder and one of our largest shareholders he has a thorough understanding of our company and products. Combined with his broad business network I am confident that he can make an impact in our sales and marketing efforts,” comments Dr. Teodor Aastrup, CEO of Attana.

”Attana has worked with antibody and vaccine research since 2002 building an impressive product portfolio and proprietary know-how. I look forward to engaging with both public and private entities to enable them to fight the COVID pandemic with Attana’s unique product and service offering,” adds Samir.
