Attendo publishes Annual Report and Sustainability Report for 2021

Attendo's annual report for 2021 describes a year in which operations have gradually returned to normal after the corona pandemic, with an increased customer inflow and a renewed focus on developing methods that strengthen health and quality of life among customers. The report also presents a new framework for Attendo's sustainability work, which in the coming years will be integrated with the business strategy.

The new framework is based on a sustainability agenda that has been developed after extensive internal work to be more clearly linked to Attendo's overall business strategy and financial goals. The sustainability agenda consists of five focus areas with clear ambitions for future work. In the coming years, Attendo intends to develop active sustainability work for each focus area as well as KPI’s and activities that strengthen Attendo's contribution to society and to care that is environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.

The five focus areas are; Quality of Life, Value-adding Care Solutions, Empowered Employees, Environment in Mind and Responsible Operations.
