Attendo receives competition clearance for the acquisition of Team Olivia Omsorg
On 15 January 2024, Attendo announced its intention to acquire Team Olivia's Swedish care operations, excluding personal assistance. Attendo has now received approval for the acquisition from the Swedish Competition Authority. The transaction is expected to be completed and consolidated in Attendo's accounts from 1 April 2024.
The acquired operations have annual sales of approximately SEK 1,350 million and consist of disabled care, individual and family care and home care. Fully completed, the transaction is expected to make a positive contribution to Attendo's adjusted earnings per share of at least SEK 0.5 in 2025.

Together with Team Oliva, we will be able to welcome more customers with complex care needs in disabled care as well as individual and family care. We are also strengthening our leading position in home care. The acquisition also makes us an even stronger partner for local authorities around the country," says Attendo's CEO Martin Tivéus.
The acquisition means that about 120 care operations with about 3,200 customers and nearly 3,000 employees will become part of the Attendo Group as of 1 April 2024. With the acquisition, the Attendo Group will have sales of about SEK 18.5 billion, more than 800 operations, 24,000 care beds and 10,000 home care customers and about 35,000 employees in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
