Changes in Attendo's nomination committee
Attendo's nomination committee is appointed at the Annual General Meeting. The composition may change if there are changes in ownership after the meeting. Marianne Nilsson, representing Swedbank Robur, has left Attendo's nomination committee due to changes in ownership.
Attendo's nomination committee for the 2023 Annual General Meeting therefore consists of: chairman Peter Hofvenstam (Nordstjernan), Anssi Soila (appointed by Pertti Karjalainen) and Niklas Antman (Incentive AS).
