Repurchases of shares week 28, 2024
Between 8 July and 12 July 2024 Attendo AB (LEI code 549300KEJDL2FNITUW65) (“Attendo”) has repurchased in total 133,590 own shares (ISIN: SE0007666110) as part of the repurchase program initiated by the Board.
The repurchases form part of the repurchase program of a maximum of 16,138,659 own shares for a total maximum amount of SEK 110,000,000 that Attendo announced on 24 April 2024. The repurchase program, which runs between 29 April 2024 and 18 July 2024, is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on behalf of Attendo. Following the above acquisitions, Attendo’s holding of own shares amounts to 3,163,282 shares as of 12 July 2024. The total number of shares in Attendo, including the own shares, is 160,103,190 and the number of outstanding shares, excluding the own shares, is 156,939,908
