The Nomination Committee has proposed Ulf Mattsson to be elected as new Chairman of the Board of Attendo
The Nomination Committee of Attendo has proposed that Ulf Mattsson replace Ulf Lundahl as Chairman of the Board of Attendo at the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2022. Ulf Lundahl has informed the Nomination Committee that he will not be seeking reelection.
The Nomination Committee is continuing to prepare proposals ahead of the 2022 Annual General Meeting and these will be published no later than on the same date as the notice of the Meeting.
Comments from Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Peter Hofvenstam: “The Nomination Committee is very pleased to nominate Ulf Mattsson as new Chairman of the Board, since Ulf Lundahl has declined reelection for an additional period. Ulf Mattsson has very broad experience in the health and medical care sector, serving in such positions as Chairman of the Board as well as CEO. The Nomination Committee would also like to extend its sincere thanks to Ulf Lundahl for his important contributions to the Board over many years, first as an ordinary member in 2014 and then as Chairman of the Board since 2017”.
Ulf Mattsson is currently the Chairman of the Board of such companies as VaccinDirekt, Eltel and Prima Vård, as well as a Board Member of Addtech. Previous positions include assignments as Chairman of the Board of Securitas Direct and AcadeMedia, as well as CEO of Capio, Gambro and Mölnlycke Health Care. His list of board assignments includes previous experience as Chairman of the Board of Evidensia and Musti Group.
Attendo’s Nomination Committee consists of Peter Hofvenstam (chairman), nominated by Nordstjernan; Anssi Soila, representing Pertti Karjalainen; Niklas Antman, representing Incentive AS; and Marianne Nilsson, representing Swedbank Robur Fonder.
